At the Heart & Hands of Hope Community, we are committed to serving our neighbors by providing essential food aid to those in need. We distribute over 10,000 pounds of food every month to local families, ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry.

How it Works
Our Food Aid program operates on a monthly basis, with food boxes distributed on the first Saturday of every month. Each box contains a variety of nutritious items to support families in need. From fresh produce to pantry staples, these boxes are carefully curated to meet the diverse dietary needs of our community members.
Who We Serve
This program is open to all who need assistance, with a focus on reaching vulnerable populations such as single-parent households, the elderly, and families facing financial hardship. We strive to provide not just physical nourishment but also hope and encouragement to those we serve.
